01 · Overview
ALED30 is a manual endoscope cleaning and disinfection station developed in accordance with YY 0992-2016 “Endoscopic Washing Station”, WS 507-2016 “Regulation for Cleaning and Disinfection Technique of Flexible Endoscope” and WS 310.2-2016 “Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) Part II: Standard for Operating Procedure of Cleaning, Disinfection and Sterilization”. Its intelligent and automated design is intended to support the quality and turnover of endoscope cleaning and disinfection. A compatible endoscope cleaning and disinfection traceability management system can support the traceability and management of cleaning and disinfection information.
Scope of application: Clean and disinfect the washable parts of medical endoscopes with compatible cleaning agents and disinfectants.
02 · Key features
Key information from the current approved product profile.
The cleaning tank, drying bench and multi-functional back panel are made of imported ABS polymer composite materials formed by segmented vacuum forming. Their bright, smooth surfaces are easy to clean, resistant to acids, alkalis and oxidation, designed for low bacterial adhesion and intended for long service life. An inward-inclined anti-spill front edge and large-radius front profile support an ergonomic working position.
A single-chip microcomputer controller with an LED liquid-crystal display provides clear and intuitive status information. Touch buttons and menu-based function selection support simple adjustment and operation.
The device supports removal of soil, water, enzyme solution, disinfectant and residual liquid from endoscope channels. The controller automates water-injection flushing and gas-injection drying. Built-in perfusion tubing and quick connectors use materials resistant to acids, alkalis and corrosion.
The device circulates enzyme solution and disinfectant solution through endoscope channels for cleaning and disinfection. Manual and automatic modes are available: manual controls support injection, perfusion, gas injection and drainage/return, while automatic mode can complete the injection, perfusion, drainage/return and gas-injection cycle.
Automatic enzyme addition and ratio adjustment can be set according to the ratio requirements of different brands of enzyme solutions.
An enclosed disinfectant recovery box records disinfectant usage and automatically feeds and returns disinfectant, reducing volatilization and helping protect staff. The storage tank can adjust temperature and automatically heat the disinfectant to the set value when the temperature is lower than required.
The final-rinse tank includes an automatic flushing device that can be started with one touch. Running water flushes the inner channels and outer surface of the endoscope at the same time. Assisted drainage can accelerate the cleaning and disinfection cycle, while PVC-U drainage pipes and fittings support durable operation.
