01 · Overview
The ALED series fully automatic endoscope washer-disinfector is designed for cleaning and disinfection of washable parts of flexible medical endoscopes with compatible cleaning agents and disinfectants. This product page covers the ALED01 single-endoscope model and the ALED02 dual-endoscope model.
The system combines leak detection, pipe patency testing, flushing, enzyme washing, rinsing, disinfection, final rinsing and drying. Its transparent cover keeps the process visible, while process monitoring, selectable programs, self-disinfection and non-contact controls support routine operation.
02 · Key features

When an endoscope leak is detected, the system provides visual and audio alarm signals and automatically terminates the program. Temperature monitoring and over-temperature protection are provided throughout the cleaning and disinfection process.
The inward-convex transparent cover supports full immersion of the washing-disinfection tank and the inner cover surface without dead corners, while keeping the process visible. Several program modes are available; in standard mode, cleaning and disinfection can be completed in five steps in as short as 12 minutes. The system uses dark current external circulation, and final rinsing includes flowing-water flushing.
Pipe patency tests can be performed before the endoscope contacts process liquid and at the end of the treatment process. When pipe blockage is detected, visual and audio alarms are provided and the program terminates automatically. Pipe pressure monitoring and pipe-joint detachment alarm functions support process oversight.
Suitable for efficient and rapid cleaning and disinfection of flexible endoscopes of different types and brands. Compatible with high-level disinfectants that meet relevant hygiene standards, including glutaraldehyde, o-phthalaldehyde and peroxyacetic acid disinfectants.
The self-disinfection program disinfects cavities, pipes and tanks, including water filters, that contact water or solutions used during the endoscope cleaning, disinfection and rinsing stages.
The LCD display and keypad control panel are separated for a clear interface. Non-contact induction opens and closes the cover and starts or pauses program operation, helping avoid secondary infection caused by manual contact.
An integrated disinfectant sampling device supports automatic one-click sampling at any time to detect disinfectant concentration.
