  • Limited technical information, such as IP address, browser/device information and security logs, needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.

Please do not send patient information, clinical records, endoscopy images or other sensitive personal information through this website or our general business email.

3. How do we use information?

We use information to respond to product, project, distribution and technical-support enquiries; manage business communications; protect the website; and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where data-protection laws require a legal basis, we generally rely on our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries and operating a secure website. We will ask for consent where it is required, including before sending direct marketing where applicable.

4. Who may receive information?

Access is limited to authorised Aullap staff, including James and authorised sales or technical-support personnel where needed to respond. We may share the relevant part of an enquiry with an authorised distributor or partner in your region when this is appropriate to answer your request.

Cloudflare, CRM services and website analytics will be added to this notice before or when they are enabled.

5. International transfers and retention

Aullap is based in China. Information from visitors outside China may be accessed or processed in China and by service providers in other locations. We limit access to what is necessary and take reasonable steps designed to protect information during these transfers.

If no business relationship results, we retain enquiry information for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact. Contract, transaction or legal records may be kept longer where required by law or necessary to manage the relationship. Security logs are normally retained for no longer than 90 days.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your information; object to certain processing; ask us to restrict processing; or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Email ou559@outlook.com with your name, country or region and the request you would like us to handle. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. Where applicable, we aim to respond within one month.
